Entry Level Image Acquisition Control

Operate your microscope with manual sample stages. Run multi-channel fluorescence or brightfield image acquisition, choosing from a panel of more than 500 dye spectra. Study sample dynamics with flexible time-lapse imaging.
This package is already included in the ZEN base platform. You can add it to your ZEN lite installation for an affordable price.

Motorized Focus Acquisition Toolkit

Easy Access to 3D Image Acquisition

This package is configured for entry-level widefield systems that have a motorized z-drive. Besides multi-channel and time-lapse imaging, this includes software autofocus and guidance for optimal z-stack sampling (Nyquist criterion).
For a reasonable price you receive everything that is needed to perform simple 3D image acquisition.

Motorized Acquisition Toolkit

Freely Combine All Possible Imaging Dimensions

This package is configured for all fully motorized widefield configurations and AxioScan7 microscope control. It includes the feature set from the Motorized Focus Acquisition Toolkit with the addition of tile or multi-position image acquisition. Focus correction, stitching and shading correction round up this package to efficiently perform high-quality tile imaging.

Laser Control for High-End Instruments

This package is configured for easy microscope control of Celldiscoverer 7, Lattice Lightsheet 7 and LSM instruments. Like the Motorized Auqisition Toolkit, it offers all features for multi-dimensional imaging, but for systems with laser illumination.

Start Processing Parallel to Acquisition, Boosting Time-to-Result

Direct Processing is available with every acquisition toolkit. To avoid computation bottlenecks and shorten time to results, direct processing allows for out-sourcing of image processing to another connected workstation. The toolkit supports simple tasks such as stitching, but also a large array of resource-intensive processing functions such as Airyscan jDCV, SIM Processing and many more.
