How the 3.0 Rebate Program Can Help

As practices grow, technology, lens strategy, and workflow are often adopted at different times.

The ZEISS Technology 3.0 Rebate Program provides a way to review how these investments work together and to make investment decisions that support the patient experience and long-term practice success.

Program Overview
Eligible practices that invest in qualifying ZEISS Vision Care or ZEISS Meditech equipment may be entitled to earn rebates on qualifying ZEISS premium lenses, subject to program terms and eligibility requirements.
Key program details:

  • Rebates are earned quarterly based on qualifying ZEISS premium lens sales
  • Rebates may be earned for up to five (5) years, or until the maximum eligible rebate amount has been reached—whichever occurs first
  • Maximum rebate amount is based on the combined cost of the qualifying device(s), accessories, and warranty (taxes and freight excluded)
  • New: Additional qualifying equipment purchases may be added during the initial five-year period, extending the agreement up to eight (8) years, subject to program terms.
  • Rebates may be used at the practice's discretion
  • Eligibility, qualifying products, and program terms are subject to change
