Ultimate flexibility for every ENT operating room

Experience seamless integration and ergonomic freedom

Flexible positioning

thanks to a long microscope arm

Thanks to the long microscope arm of ZEISS TIVATO 700, you can easily position the base wherever space is available in the OR and still operate comfortably with ultimate reach. In addition, the excellent overhead clearance enables you to work under the arm of the visualization system in virtually any setup, including when switching from one ear to the other. When working with long instruments, i.e. in laryngeal surgery, you can rely on the large working distance of 200 to 625 mm with continuous focusing throughout this range.

Comfort with versatile modules

thanks to optical flexibility

Whether you opt for lateral co-observation or face-to-face configurations, our wide range of optical accessories helps you work in a comfortable position even with three parallel observers. The modular approach to optical subsystems includes various tubes, such as the Foldable Tube f170/f260, which offers increased positioning capabilities and an additional 50% magnification gain with the integrated PROMAG function.

Compact surgical microscope head

even with laser micromanipulator attached

Also, when mounting an external laser micromanipulator for laser-supported surgical approaches, ZEISS TIVATO 700 maintains its compact head design. This helps you move the surgical microscope head freely and maintain access to the surgical field.

The plus in flexibility

Easily prepare ZEISS TIVATO 700 for daily use with the integrated functions that support your clinical workflow and efficient handling.
  • AutoBalance

    AutoBalance

Your trusted system in your day-to-day ENT practice

Rely on precision and stability
Two surgeons in surgical attire are seen working with advanced medical equipment in an operating room, while a large monitor displays a 4K resolution close-up of a procedure.

Involve your team at every step of the procedure

with integrated 4K visualization

Inside the OR, you can broadcast the surgical procedure at every step in brilliant detail with the integrated 4K camera technology, while the large external monitor allows for easy viewing for your entire team.

Adjust the focus automatically at the push of a button

with SpeedFokus

Free hands and consistently sharp vision of anatomical details for hours are essential for achieving the best possible surgical outcomes. SpeedFokus simplifies microscope adjustments through its fast, precise, and automatic refocusing. With just the press of a button on the handgrip or foot control panel, SpeedFokus automatically delivers a razor-sharp image after repositioning the microscope, helping you to enhance the efficiency of your surgical workflow.

High stability even at high magnification

Active Vibration Damping

Avoid undesirable vibrations after repositioning the visualization system or during small movements – even at high magnification. The innovative Active Vibration Damping, enhanced by robotic movements, helps you streamline your surgical workflow.

Intraoperative fluorescence imaging

in reconstructive ENT surgery

Ensuring drainage and blood supply to tissue flaps are critical success factors in advanced reconstructive applications. Consequently, these procedures rely heavily on intraoperative visual feedback on flow to support immediate decision-making.

The microscope-integrated indocyanine green (ICG) imaging technology INFRARED 800 from ZEISS enables real-time, fluorescence-assisted assessment of flow after an anastomosis has been created.

Complex revision stapedotomy by Mary Daval, MD

A middle-aged female with severe to profound conductive hearing loss on the right ear was presented. Two failed stapes surgeries after diagnosed otosclerosis precede retreatment. CT scan shows a misplaced prosthesis. Revision stapes surgery is defined as treatment strategy to replace with a new prosthesis.

A fully digital experience

Streamline data and team collaboration

Seamless hospital IT integration

with platform connectivity

ZEISS TIVATO 700 is designed as a connected platform that blends into modern OR and hospital IT environments via standardized, built-in interfaces (e.g., Wi‑Fi, DICOM).
Thanks to this, it supports connected clinical workflows, for example by providing easy ways to import patient data and share the surgical view. In combination with the ZEISS Transfer app, you can retrieve recorded images using your iPhone for efficient case documentation and teaching.

Control your visualization system

with an intuitive graphical user interface

ZEISS TIVATO 700 features an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) that simplifies system operation for the entire OR team. Easily adjusting settings before or during surgery – such as handpiece configuration or light intensity – via the GUI. This saves time on routine tasks during every procedure and accelerates onboarding new users.
