ZEISS CT SPHERIS Family

For a good quality of vision in standard cataract surgeries

Spherical lOLs have a simple optical design, providing a good quality of vision. Suitable especially in cases when the pupil diameter is small and the optic is aligned with the visual axis.

Spheric designs for micro- and standard-incision IOLs

The CT SPHERIS family is designed for micro-incision cataract surgery (CT SPHERIS 209M) or standard-incision implantation including high diopters (CT SPHERIS 204).

  • ZEISS CT SPHERIS 204

    For standard-incision

    ZEISS CT SPHERIS® 204

A monofocal spheric IOL, implanted through standard-incision that supports excellent far vision- and spectacle independence for far distances. Also available in high diopters up to +45 D.

  • ZEISS CT SPHERIS 209M

    For micro-incision

    ZEISS CT SPHERIS® 209M

A monofocal spheric IOL, implanted through micro-incision that supports excellent far vision- and spectacle independence for far distances.1

Long-term optical clarity for greater patient satisfaction

Thanks to their simple optical design, spherical IOLs offer good quality of vision in cases when the pupil diameter is small and the optic is perfectly aligned with the visual axis.

Excellent stability

The 4-haptic design enables excellent self centration of the IOL in the capsular bag after Implantation.

ZEISS CT SPHERIS

Long-term reliability

The lens material (hydrophilic acrylic with hydrophobic surface properties) provides high biocompatibility. It helps to reduce the risk of possible post-operative side effects such as inflammation – even in challenging cases.
