Utilizzo della fluorescenza nelle procedure neurovascolari con l’aiuto del Robotic Visualization System
In questo webinar registrato, i neurochirurghi Michael Lawton, MD (a partire dal minuto 00:44), Gary Steinberg, MD, PhD (a partire dal minuto 17:50) e Jonathan Russin, MD (a partire dal minuto 34:07) mostrano l’utilizzo delle tecniche microchirurgiche guidate dalla fluorescenza per le procedure neurovascolari.
I campioni presentati comprendono interventi cerebrovascolari complessi su aneurismi, MAV, bypass e casi di moyamoya. I relatori hanno illustrato il valore delle tecnologie di fluorescenza intraoperatoria con verde indocianina (ICG) e fluoresceina nel trattamento microchirurgico legato a questi casi. Viene poi affrontata la valutazione del flusso sanguigno cerebrale intraoperatorio con l’aiuto di mappe e diagrammi riassuntivi. In questo ambito si discute se i dati di perfusione intraoperatoria possano aiutare a prevedere quantitativamente l’aumento dell’ictus post-operatorio.
