We are pleased to announce that we will continue the Uniview User Site, which was originally brought to life by SCISS. It contains tutorials, software releases, community content and further information. We welcome all Uniview users to access the Uniview User Site and join the community for free!
All you have to do is to register with your valid Uniview license! For data protection reasons, we renewed the registration for all users, including those who had access to the website in the past.
Please note: The Uniview User Site is hosted by Google. The access requires a Google account. If you do not have a Google account yet, please set up one first: https://accounts.google.com/signup. Select “Use my current e-mail address instead” and enter the e-mail address you want to use to access the Uniview User Site (see form below). The Google account is required for all e-mail addresses you want to use to get access.
We ask for your understanding that we can no longer allow anonymous access. Each user must register with his/her full name and the name of his/her institution. You have the option of registering with your personal institutional e-mail address (preferred) or using a central institutional e-mail address. You can also register with both addresses.
Several staff members of an institution should register with their respective personal e-mail addresses by filling out the following form. However, the institutional e-mail address should only be registered by one responsible person.
Please upload the latest Uniview key file of your cluster installation in the respective field. This file is required to verify ownership of a valid Uniview license.
The license key file name is:
uniview.license for Uniview versions up to 2.0
located at: C:\ProgramData\SCISS\Uniview Theater 2.0\License\uniview.license
(adjust version number in path, if applicable)
licenses.xml for Uniview version 3.0
located at: C:\ProgramData\SCISS\Uniview Theater 3.0\License\licenses.xml
Please note: The folder C:\ProgramData has the "Hidden" attribute and is therefore not displayed in Windows Explorer by default. To navigate there, enter "C:\ProgramData" and press Enter in the address bar of Windows Exporer.
With a successful registration you can use the Uniview Community Content Site for free. Please give us a few days to activate your address. You will then receive a confirmation message from the Google site.
We are looking forward to welcome you to the community. You can contribute to making the Uniview User Site a place of diverse exchange and, in addition to using existing content, you can also make your own content available to all users (upload).
