MEDICA 2024, one of the leading international trade fairs for the medical industry, will take place in Düsseldorf from 11 to 14 November 2024. The trade fair will focus on medical technology, diagnostics and health IT. Interoperability and the implementation of the SDC standard will be a key topic at the trade fair.

The VDI conference "Smart Robotics - Flexible Automation for Production and Logistics" is dedicated to the latest developments and applications of intelligent robotics in industry. The focus is on innovative automation solutions that increase flexibility and efficiency in production and logistics processes. Experts from various industries present best practices, technologies and trends that facilitate the use of smart robots in various fields of application. The event provides a platform for the exchange of expertise and the discussion of current challenges and future perspectives in intelligent automation.

On the first day of the conference at 12 noon, our colleague Dr. Christian Hörr will talk about digital process twins for precision machining. A so-called Advanced Manufacturing Platform can significantly improve process capability without mechanical engineering interventions.

The INSIDERTREFF is a trade fair for training and studying in the district of Görlitz and will take place on 10.05.2025 in Löbau. Admission is free of charge.
We will also be there again this year to provide insights into our exciting software development projects and the culture at ZEISS. Our Fischertechnik learning factory will also be waiting at our stand, inviting visitors to try it out.
