Share buyback
On 29 January 2024, the Board of Management of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG has resolved to carry out a buyback program of shares of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG for a total purchase price of up to EUR 150 million. The buyback will begin on 9 February 2024 and will be conducted for a maximum period of one year. The repurchased shares may be used for all purposes permitted by the authorization of the Annual General Meeting on 6 August 2020.
