現地調査

1日目から完璧な環境で使用を開始

顕微鏡の精度や性能は、室温、湿度、騒音レベル、床の振動、近くの電気機器による干渉など、多くの要因に左右されます。ZEISSは現地調査により問題点を発見し、新しい顕微鏡が完璧に制御された環境に設置されるようにします。

ZEISSはお客様と共に設置を計画します

  • 1.環境を把握する

    ZEISS製品が外部環境の問題の影響を受けることなく、お客様の期待通りの性能を発揮できるよう、当社は現地調査と、現地環境がどれだけ整備されているかを確認するサービスを提供します。

  • 2.現地の整備を行い、設置日程を調整する

    ZEISSの詳細な現地調査レポートに基づいて、現地の環境がシステム仕様を満たしていない場合に、さらにどのような対応をとるべきかを判断することができます。問題が解決された後、設置日程を調整します。

  • 3.すぐに使用を開始し、求めていた結果を得る

    新しい顕微鏡が到着したら、熟練したフィールドサービスエンジニアがお客様のラボに顕微鏡を設置します。ハードウェアとソフトウェアの概要について説明を受けた後、システムの使用を開始することができます。
