Due to a system migration, we are currently unable to accept or process service orders for ZEISS Hunting & Nature products. New service and repair orders can be submitted again from 5 October 2026. Until then, Hunting & Nature service cases will not be accepted, registered or processed. For products from our ZEISS Camera Lens divisions, the regular service processes will continue to apply as before.

Due to changed export regulations in the USA, Diavari MC riflescopes "Made in USA" may not be returned to all countries after repair. Please contact us in advance.

If you cannot find a serial number on your product, please search for it here: ZEISS Consumer Products Self-Service Portal

  • In order to process your warranty request, we will need a copy of the proof of purchase of the product to be repaired.
  • Please upload your proof of purchase as a PDF or JPG file up to a maximum size of 5 MB. Alternatively or supplementary you can also upload pictures for repair here.
