The ZEISS Forum offers 17 event rooms as well as exhibition spaces on three levels. The majority of the rooms offer seating that can be flexibly adjusted to your needs. Our room offering is complemented by modern technology for presentations, meetings and events. We are happy to advise you regarding the right choice for an appropriate space for your event. We look forward to your inquiry.

Level 2 offers direct access to the ZEISS Forum via the reception area and cloakroom. Here, you will also find the ZEISS Museum of Optics that will impress visitors not only with historical artifacts, but also with interactive innovations. One of the highlights is the world's smallest ZEISS planetarium.

There is also a meeting room which fits up to 101 people – the perfect space for product-related presentations and training courses.

At the ZEISS Forum shop, you can purchase products from ZEISS and the world of optics, including binoculars, books and even merchandise.

Level 2

Reception, museum and conference area

ZEISS Forum, Tessar 126 m²

The Tessar conference room is located on level 2. It seats up to 91 people and provides the perfect environment for product presentations and trainings with 126 m² of floor space.

The ZEISS Forum's 17 rooms are designed for modern elegance and flexibility: the event rooms can be furnished with individual seating and partly adjusted with partition walls.

Level 3 of the ZEISS Forum features the ZEISS Saal, which offers ample space for large events: whether for cultural events like concerts or exhibitions, lectures or press conferences, furnished with a 12 x 4 m stage and versatile technical features, this space is perfectly suited for all types of events.

It also features permanent cameras which can be used for web streams. This provides the host with the opportunity to record or broadcast the event internationally.

The coffee bar is located on level 3 of the ZEISS Forum and offers a wide selection of culinary delights upon request.

Level 3

Meeting room, ZEISS Saal and coffee bar

ZEISS Forum, Gemini 24 m²

The meeting room Gemini is located on level 3. It is a mediascape room that offers space for 8 people.

ZEISS Forum, Planar + Sonnar 35 m² & 47 m²

The Planar and Sonnar conference rooms are located on level 3. Planar seats up to 13 people with 35 m² floor space, while Sonnar seats up to 17 people with 47 m² floor space. The Planar and Sonnar rooms can be booked together.

ZEISS Forum, coffee bar Coffee bar

Level 3 also features the coffee bar, with standard seating for 174 people.

ZEISS Forum, Punktal 69 m²

The Punktal conference room is located on level 3. It seats up to 21 people with 69 m² of floor space.

ZEISS Saal 248 m²

Level 3 of the ZEISS Forum features the ZEISS Saal, which offers ample space for large events. At 248 m², it offers space for 230 people and is perfectly suited for cultural events like concerts and exhibitions, as well as lectures and press conferences.

ZEISS Forum, Abbe-Auditorium 193m²

The Abbe-Auditorium has an entrance on level 3 and level 4. The auditorium is the ideal setting for lectures and podium discussions with up to 143 participants thanks to its fixed seating with its slight upward slope.

Level 4 of the ZEISS Forum houses not only meeting facilities, but also the gallery level of the ZEISS Saal, as well as the visitor entranceway to the Abbe-Auditorium. The slight upward slope of its fixed seating makes the Abbe-Auditorium the ideal setting for lectures and podium discussions with up to 143 participants.

The gallery level of the ZEISS Saal contains 40 seats for guests, as well as the control booth, which is outfitted with everything you need to web stream events in the ZEISS Saal or to broadcast them to the Abbe-Auditorium.

ZEISS Forum, Gradal 40 m²

The Gradal conference room is located on level 4. It offers space for 10 people with 40 m² of floor space. The Gradal room features a fixed block seating arrangement.

ZEISS Forum, Dialyt 43 m²

The Dialyt conference room is located on level 4. It offers space for 10 people with 160;43 m² of floor space. The room Dialyt has fixed seating in block form.

ZEISS Forum, Axiomat 55 m²

The Axiomat conference room is located on level 4. It seats up to 17 people with 55 m² of floor space.

ZEISS Forum, PRISMO + CONTURA 48 m² & 46 m²

The PRISMO and CONTURA conference rooms are located on level 4. They each seat up to 13 people with 48 m² and 46 m² floor space. The rooms PRISMO and CONTURA can be booked together.

Stratus 63 m²

The Stratus conference room is located on level 4. It offers space for 19 people with 63 m² of floor space.

ZEISS Forum, SCHOTT 124 m²

The SCHOTT conference room is located on the level 4. It seats up to 73 people with 124 m² of floor space.

ZEISS Forum, OPMI 1 + OPMI Pentero 44 m² & 45 m²

The OPMI 1 and OPMI Pentero conference rooms are located on level 4. They each seat up to 13 people with 44 m² and 45 m² floor space. The rooms OPMI 1 and OPMI Pentero can be booked together.

ZEISS Forum, Abbe-Auditorium 193 m²

ZEISS Forum, Skymaster 69 m²

Level 4 of the building also features the Skymaster conference room. This oval room seats up to 39 people with 69 m² of floor space.
