Since establishing a direct presence in 2014, ZEISS in Türkiye has combined global expertise with a strong local commitment. Today, more than 100 professionals serve customers in Medical Technology and Industrial Quality & Research. Together, they support scientific progress, advance patient care, and help industries improve quality, productivity, and innovation.

Located in Türkiye’s capital, the ZEISS Customer Center Ankara is a central hub for customer engagement and support. Working closely with colleagues across the country, the team provides sales, service and application expertise to customers in healthcare, industry and scientific research.
Operating since April 2017, the ZEISS Quality Excellence Center in Bursa brings together expertise in quality and customer support. Working closely with colleagues across Türkiye, the team helps provide customers with reliable service.
The ZEISS Istanbul Office brings together teams from Medical Technology, Industrial Quality Solutions and Research Microscopy Solutions. From Istanbul, they provide sales, service and application support to customers across Türkiye. Through their work, the teams contribute to progress in healthcare, industry and scientific research.
