If your ZEISS Secacam is stolen or deliberately destroyed, the ZEISS Theft Replacement Service ensures you can quickly get back to monitoring your grounds. Exclusive to the Professional Service Plan, this benefit allows you to purchase a replacement camera at 80% off the regular price, provided certain conditions are met. To qualify, the stolen camera must have been registered under the Professional Plan for at least one month, actively transmitting photos with GPS enabled, and properly mounted in the field. An official police report must be submitted within 10 working days of the theft. This service is limited to two replacement claims per account within a 12-month period.
