The 15-month-long GGP will see you rotating between three or four different ZEISS departments across the company's different business areas. Your future role and personal preferences will determine which departments you work at. And as a trainee, you'll also spend time outside the country in which you'll assume your future role. What's more, two "base camps" will be run at the company HQ in Oberkochen complete with training, workshops and guided tours. And all of this will be done to help you perform your future role in the best possible way - and you can apply for it directly after the program.
The program always begins in October, with new vacancies normally posted in the spring.
