Be in control of your refractive data

As an all-in-one software tool, ZEISS VISULYZE enables you to collect and store your refractive data, then statistically analyzes that data and create nomograms. Start by entering patient data via the software interface or Excel import, then take full control from pre-op to post-op for every patient, device and treatment. The wide range of filter options lets you go deeper into the data collected from MEL® 80 and MEL 90 excimer lasers as well as from VisuMax® and VISUMAX 800 femtosecond lasers from ZEISS.

But analyzing past data is only the beginning. ZEISS VISULYZE enables you to create specific nomograms for future procedures. Simply choose your criteria and filter your data in order to create specific nomograms that can be generally used to optimize clinical results2. You always have the opportunity to review, update and save your nomograms at any time.

Get a clear overview of your clinical results

With the beneficial filter options, ZEISS VISULYZE lets you see your refractive data from every angle. Easily select the criteria you want to view and the software generates graphs. The multiple parameters provide a deep level of data analysis, which can help you optimize your refractive laser procedure results. As a result, this could improve the predictability in Laser Vision Correction procedures, as well as higher UDVA (uncorrected distance visual acuity) postoperatively.

Not only can you see high-resolution graphs, such as JRS Standard Nine Graphs, Binocular Visual Acuity Graphs and Polar Plots3 within the software, but you can also export them for any purpose. The JRS Standard Nine Graphs are both professional and beautiful in design – perfect for in-depth research publications, educational presentations and marketing material. You no longer have to spend time creating your own graphs. ZEISS VISULYZE does all the work for you.

Apply personalized nomograms

Your clinic is unique and that’s why ZEISS VISULYZE lets you create both standard and personalized user nomograms. With the ability to create nomograms based on your clinic’s results, you can take into account specific influencing factors: your physical location, manifest refraction and surgical technique, patient demographics and more. You even have the ability to exclude outliers that could negatively affect your nomograms.

Apply personalized nomograms

All the nomograms that you create and save can be exported as look-up tables, but ZEISS VISULYZE adds convenience with a treatment planner functionality. Simply enter your next patient's manifest refraction and your desired target refraction and then the software generates an individual treatment planning.

  • Standard nomograms

    Using data from at least 50 eyes, you can create standard nomograms using data from all surgeons in your clinic. For full control, you can review and adjust the calculated details before saving your nomograms. Then simply select your nomogram when you need it and view all relevant input.

  • Personalized user nomograms

    Your filtering options aren’t limited to device and treatment type. You can also view data and create nomograms for each individual surgeon. Highly beneficial, this can take into account personal techniques unique to each surgeon. Create as many personalized nomograms as needed with only one license, enabling every surgeon in your clinic to take advantage.
