Introducing seamless translation capabilities with the power of GenAI engines¹ in ZEISS PiWeb. With this release there is no need to translate reports to different languages—our integrated translation feature handles it for you. Instantly open reports in your preferred language with just a click. Experience enhanced productivity with this new translation feature!

You can now create and optimize tables directly within the module ZEISS PiWeb Designer. This feature offers enhanced customization options, allowing you to tailor reports to your specific needs effortlessly and save time creating your reports.

Profit from a new centralized template storage: Templates and element designs are now stored on the server rather than locally, facilitating improved collaboration via the Monitor browser app and Report Management system.

ZEISS PiWeb now offers improved notification controls, allowing users to fine-tune when they receive emails. Customize your alerts to receive more or fewer notifications based on your preferences, ensuring that you stay informed when necessary. Receive updates for measurements outside tolerance, with repeated alerts for ongoing issues. High-priority emails are now also available, helping you focus on urgent matters efficiently.

Experience the new Dark Mode in ZEISS PiWeb, designed to reduce eye strain during long sessions and improve readability for certain colors in dark environments. This feature is particularly beneficial for light-sensitive areas. Easily switch between modes to suit your preference.

Enhance your teamwork with ZEISS PiWeb Monitor! With the new release you can open reports directly from email notifications and instantly share your current report page with just one click in the desktop application. The browser app now offers extended features, including detail pages and improved navigation. Benefit from new functionalities like hyperlink actions for additional data and performance optimizations, ensuring a seamless experience while working on quality data from anywhere.

New features make it easier to customize information in notifications. Now you can determine the subject and content of a message yourself and select the attributes to be displayed, for example, to directly assign tasks to your colleagues. You can also share information about the measurement report: simply include the link to a predefined report in the browser app. Your colleagues can then open it directly from the notification e-mail.

With this release, we introduce comprehensive feature enhancements in ZEISS PiWeb Monitor. For example, dimensions of calculated characteristics in CAD can now be visualized easily. There are also updates for line plots: use different data sources for values in a dynamic line plot​. All available also in the browser app.​

Always keep an overview thanks to the improved usability in ZEISS PiWeb Designer. Elements are highlighted on the drawing area as you move the mouse pointer along the page structure. With this release, we introduce a new report that allows you to easily test the capability of your measurement and inspection processes. Calculate the capability ratio ​based on VDA 5 guidelines.

Spoiled for choice: Desktop or browser application? PiWeb Monitor is now available in both versions! This makes it even easier to view and share your reports: you can simply do this in your browser and no installation is required. Even in the browser-based version, you can use most of the familiar features of the Monitor, such as interactive CAD models and form plots, statistical evaluations and the extensive filter, sorting and grouping functions for your measurement data.

With this release we provide a comprehensively extended interface in the "ZEISS PiWeb Auto Importer". With the help of plug-ins, data in any form can be easily imported. Whether file format or server – select the right data source and write plug-ins that individually map your data import using the PiWeb Auto Importer.

With this release, we are introducing a browser-based application for the management of all ZEISS PiWeb licenses. Administrators can manage licenses simply and easily in one central location and also see whether they are currently in use. The local provision of licenses for the individual modules (e.g. Monitor) is therefore no longer necessary.

With this new statistics element, the evaluations of your quality data are even more valuable. The probability plot is a graphical method that can assist in the selection of a particular distribution model. The element helps to decide whether quality data can be plausibly described by a particular distribution model.

Use the Sankey diagram to quickly identify crucial dependencies in your quality data that are normally difficult to recognize. This plot is also suitable for large amounts of data and offers a wide range of configuration options.

This year’s release focuses on connectivity and usability of our products. Two new add-ons are now available for ZEISS INSPECT users. One free add-on for existing PiWeb users who would like a fully integrated and easy-to-use interface for data upload to PiWeb. The second add-on, called ZEISS PiWeb Reporting Plus is available for purchase and allows for additional reporting capabilities, e.g., statistics & auto-reporting.

The ability to easily visualize additional measurement data such as images, CAD and deviation analyses is a lynchpin in effectively and efficiently communicating important quality information across organizational bounds. A new set of tools for the visualization and analysis of complex data sets is available now.

With the new improved hyperlink actions users can find and navigate to the relevant data quicker and more easily. It is now possible to highlight elements to show further referenced or linked characteristics in a report. This allows you to jump automatically to other pages where the same characteristic is being reported.

With the new web application, created reports can be stored and managed on the existing server infrastructure. The saved reports can then be opened and used or modified directly in the various ZEISS PiWeb applications. With Online Report Management, reports can be easily saved and shared via browser.

Additional tools are now available making it easier to integrate CAD models into reports and enable even better visualization of data using interactive CAD models, e.g. with the new "flat lighting" function, which guarantees stable colouring, or the optimized positioning of features. This saves time and brings certainty when making critical decisions.
