As MIDO comes to a close, ZEISS Sunlens would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited our stand. It was a pleasure to meet long-standing partners as well as new contacts, to exchange ideas and to engage directly with designers, brands and industry professionals working in the world of sun lenses for sunglasses.

This edition of MIDO once again proved to be a great success and a valuable opportunity for connection and dialogue. The fair offered the perfect setting to share products, explore emerging trends and discuss market insights shaping the future of sunglasses lenses. At MIDO, ZEISS Sunlens presented a portfolio of sun lens solutions designed to meet both creative and technical needs across different market segments.

Light Colours Collection

The new Light Colours Collection reflects current colour trends and is developed with fashion and lifestyle eyewear concepts in mind. Featuring pastel shades and unconventional tones, this range expands the creative potential of tinted lenses, offering designers refined yet distinctive options for spectacles tinted lenses and sunglasses that move beyond traditional aesthetics.

Core SunRX Collection

The Core SunRX Collection offers a colour palette fully aligned with ZEISS Vision Care prescription tints. The same colours are available in both solid and gradient versions, ensuring visual consistency across sun and prescription eyewear. This alignment enables designers and brands to develop coherent collections of sun lenses and prescription solutions with a unified colour language.

Cyber Mirror Gradient Coatings

The new Cyber Mirror gradient coatings were introduced as a design-driven solution for bold and contemporary sunglasses lens concepts. Combining impactful mirror effects with controlled colour gradients, these coatings are designed to support distinctive eyewear projects and high-contrast frame designs. As part of ZEISS Sunlens’ portfolio of custom sunlens solutions, they offer designers greater freedom in defining the aesthetic identity of their sun lenses for sunglasses.

Sustainability continues to be a key pillar of the ZEISS Sunlens strategy. At MIDO, we introduced three new sustainable materials, further enriching our already extensive offering:
