Maximilian Foerst

Member of the Executive Board of the ZEISS Group with responsibility for the Medical Technology Segment

Maximilian Foerst is a member of the Executive Board of the ZEISS Group and heads the Medical Technology segment. In addition, he is in the Executive Board of the ZEISS Group responsible for Corporate Management System, and oversees the Japan, Spain, France and Turkey sales regions.He is also President and CEO of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG.

Maximilian Foerst, born in 1968, studied business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and was awarded the Degree of Diplom Kaufmann in 1995. He also holds the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, USA.
