Please register your shipment with the relevant service provider using the individual CEP customer number from ZEISS for pickup (e.g. via the service provider’s service hotline or via email). The relevant hotline numbers for the shipping sites in Germany can be found on the link on the individual PO. If you’re shipping from a site outside Germany, please go to the service provider’s website in your country and get in touch with them in this way.
Depending on the time of order placement, the parcel can normally be picked up on the same day, or on the next day at the latest.
Different customer numbers will have to be used depending on the ZEISS business unit and site. If no detailed instructions have been issued about the customer number that is to be used for a particular order, it shall be taken only from the link mentioned in the current order.
Dispatch procedure for CEP shipments:
The payer must be selected by the shipping customer for customs and taxes as per the specifications in each order. If no specifications have been provided, they must make a selection in line with the chargeable party.
A personal customer number simplifies future contact with the respective service provider.
