A 12 × 12 mm OCT angiography of the macula, retinal surface layer slab image. NPA is seen as consistent with the location of retinal hemorrhage.
OCT angiography 12 × 12 mm montage image. When the angle of view is widened, the NPA can be seen even more prominently. The NPA is spreading consistently with the site of hemorrhaging and is believed to be ischemic.
