Unleash the full potential of hardware
Create solutions that make a difference tomorrow
If your weekend plans usually include tinkering with electronic components, coding or app programming and lots of coffee, you’ve come to the right place. Under the motto “reveal the invisible”, the ZEISS Innovation Hub teams up with KIT and invites the ambitious and creatives to dive into the world of computer vision.
Get ready to revolutionize the world of assistive technology at our ZEISS Innovation Hub @ KIT hackathon! We're providing you with access to state-of-the-art hardware and real-world data to develop cutting-edge devices. Our data experts and computer vision specialists from ZEISS and KIT's Computer Vision for HCI research group will present you with real-world challenges and opportunities - from virtual try-on of eyeglasses to helping visually impaired persons navigate through a crowded environment.
With our top-of-the-line gear, including microscopes, AI-empowered cameras, VR glasses, and 3D scanners, you'll have everything you need to bring your ideas to life. Plus, our team of mentors will be on hand to discuss ideas, provide guidance, and share the best coding practices. So what are you waiting for? Come join us for 24 hours of intense problem-solving and collaboration and build a working prototype to reveal the invisible. It's time to unleash your inner inventor, have fun and make a difference!
Gear up for a weekend of coding and culinary delights at our hackathon! We've got an amazing selection of food and drinks to keep you fueled and focused throughout the event. But the fun doesn't stop there - join us for our casual pre-coding get-together on Friday evening where you can mingle with your fellow hackers, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and get in the perfect mindset for an epic weekend of innovation. Don't miss out on this opportunity to network, have fun and power up before the real coding begins!
