Project overview

A key part of the collaboration was building capability inside the company. We worked closely with a dedicated Caresyntax team, sharing knowledge on Operting Room (OR) integration, interoperability, and related topics, so that they could take forward new ideas and concepts with confidence. Alongside this, we reviewed market analyses in depth and ran targeted technical workshops, helping Caresyntax deepen its understanding of the competitive landscape and refine solutions to meet real customer pain points.

This work strengthened the company’s product portfolio and left it better placed to face both the challenges and the opportunities in Europe’s fragmented and complex healthcare market.
