ZEISS eSolutions

ZEISS eSolutions is the latest approach to quality assurance for the entire drive train of an electric vehicle, including battery, electrics and motors.

A combustion engine is made up of around 1,400 components, while an electric engine only consists of about 200 parts. That’s why precision requirements in e-mobility are rising considerably. Whether it’s a thin-walled engine casing, different windings and connections for inserting copper wires into the stator, or drive components with extreme length-to-diameter ratios, these elements have an impact on production and on quality assurance.

ZEISS eSolutions

From a customer application to a fully integrated measurement and test system. From a measuring machine to an intelligent quality data evaluation. From microscopic analysis to the acquisition of large volumes. In the laboratory as well as clock-controlled in production. The competence of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions is to develop new solutions for the testing, inspection and measurement of all components of electric vehicles in joint projects with the automotive industry and its suppliers.
