Spare parts

If certain parts need to be replaced due to wear and tear or if components are missing, we have you covered. Based on your service inquiry, we will provide the correct spare part for your medical loupe and light.

Repairs

Although your medical loupe is designed and built for heavy everyday use, some damage on the frame, carrier lens or optical system might occur. In this case, we assess the defect and offer the most suitable repair solution.

Prescription change

As your vision changes over time, the carrier lenses (and in some products also the ocular lenses) of your medical loupe may need adjustment. Simply send us your updated prescription values, and we will provide you with properly fitted lenses (only for individualized loupes).
