As Regional Sales Director, Julie orchestrates the commercial activity in her region for ZEISS Vision Care, while embodying human and committed leadership. Between strategy and the field, her mission is clear: to make ZEISS expertise shine among optician partners and eyeglass wearers. "ZEISS is a company of excellence, but it remains accessible. Here, you can dare, make proposals, move things forward. That’s what I liked right away."

Managing her teams, developing talents

Julie manages a team of sales representatives, split between Paris and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. She supports everyone in achieving their goals, but also in their individual development. "Human connection is essential. My team members all have different profiles: it’s my job to adapt to each one, to listen, to understand their professional expectations and personal ways of working."

Her days are paced by strategic meetings, field visits, client appointments, one-on-one check-ins, and preparing product launches. She bridges the gap between ZEISS Vision Care’s national strategy and the local reality of the market. "What drives me? Giving meaning to performance. Uniting, inspiring, and helping teams grow, all while staying grounded in the field."

A vision focused on innovation and customer experience

Julie closely follows changes in the optical market, the expectations of glasses wearers, and innovations that transform the in-store experience. "The optician’s job is evolving, and we have to evolve with it. By understanding customer requirements, we remain relevant. ZEISS has always had that edge."

Always very active, Julie is curious, and she likes things to keep moving – this is reflected in her management style: dynamic, approachable, structured. She also shares moments outside of work with colleagues, especially through sports events like the La Parisienne race. "It’s a moment of sharing, of commitment as well. Being able to step out of the professional context while strengthening bonds is precious."
