Calibration and test equipment management

The ultimate in calibration

Is every value precise? The comparability of measurement results has never been more important than in the present era of globalization. The ability to reduce variables to basic units is the fundamental prerequisite to objectively guarantee, increase, and optimize quality. Our calibration service guarantees full correlation to national standards for test equipment of all physical variables – either at our laboratory or on your premises (for measuring tools).

Environmental simulation

Tested for environmental influences

Is your product heat-resistant? Throughout their useful lives, technical products are subject to a multitude of environmental influences, e.g., heat, cold, oscillations or impacts. This influences their functioning and length of service life. We can find out how the effect and cause are interrelated with an environmental simulation. We will test your products under specific environmental conditions and help you to optimize them for sustainable product development.

Electromagnetic compatibility

EMC testing for smoothly functioning products

Does your product send or receive electromagnetic data? This can be analyzed using various tests. We investigate the interference immunity and emitted interference of simple electrical devices and complex machinery. Our EMC measurements and tests conducted in accordance with standards recognize all activity in the electromagnetic field and ascertain how immune to interference a piece of equipment is. We will also offer guidance on optimizing the product in terms of its EMC properties during the development phase.
