Peer-to-peer experience sharing on magnification in endodontics: Necessity vs fantasy
Endodontic procedures are often done with limited visibility that require precision and great attention to detail. Fractions of millimetres may influence the outcome of treatment therefore, clinicians need to have thorough scientific knowledge, training, skills and better understanding of the use of technological advancements in endodontics. Use of magnification and illumination is not a fantasy anymore rather it has become a necessity to improve the vision of the operational field.
This presentation will focus on the advantages of using magnification, systematic approach to formulate the clinical diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment protocols to accomplish the predictable success in treating endodontic cases.
