Learn about lithography optics & semiconductor technologies

Learn key aspects of the world of advanced optics for nanoelectronics and semiconductor technologies at the third ZEISS European Summer School. The event is triggered by the Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) to support research, innovation and the first industrial deployment of microelectronics and communication technologies across the value chain. It provides national funding for cooperation partners to initiate significant investments in semiconductor R&D and manufacturing across Europe.

During the event you will gain insights into the fascinating world of ZEISS’ semiconductor optics manufacturing technology and related aspects of semiconductor technology. Top experts from ZEISS, Intel, Nokia and Siltronic will give you a deep understanding of various fields of lithography optics, silicon wafers and chip design. Join their talks, connect with them and discuss nanoelectronics in a unique group of participants from Europe.
