Bull’s Eye Maculopathy

Multimodal retinal analysis (true color and FAF green) of a 79-year-old male diagnosed with Bull’s eye maculopathy due toa toxic retinopathy induced by chloroquine use for over 10 years to treat lichen planus.
True color images shows the bulls eye appearance at the macula of both eyes.
Fundus autofluorescence enhances the visualization of the RPE defect at the macula.
