Experience the new possibilities in gentle super-resolution imaging

Lattice Structured Illumination Microscopy (Lattice SIM) is a powerful imaging technique that surpasses the diffraction limit of light, enabling high-resolution imaging of biological samples. Lattice SIM 3 utilizes a lattice patterned illumination to generate images with increased resolution down to 140 nm. Its versatility enables imaging of various biological samples, including live cells, tissues, and organisms.

The workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of Lattice SIM, covering hardware and software requirements, sample preparation, image acquisition, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based image analysis. Hands-on demonstrations will facilitate practical understanding of system alignment, pattern generation, image reconstruction as well as general handing of the system. The workshop will allow attendees to test and analyze their own samples.

Workshop Process:
1. Introductory Talk: Begin with an informative talk covering the fundamentals of Lattice SIM, including its applications and benefits.
2. Hands-On System Experience: Finally, engage in a practical, hands-on session with the Lattice SIM system. Use your own samples to align the system, generate patterns, and reconstruct images under expert guidance.

Sample preparation - Online Session: Participate in an online session where experts will guide you through the preparation of your own samples. This session will ensure you are ready for the hands-on experience.

Individual hands-on slots will be organized during the workshop. Participants are encouraged to consider how Lattice SIM can enhance their own projects and provide valuable insights.
